"... Pictures can't capture the spirit of our host Vittorio Cambria who shared his family, his horses and his lovely Villa Ferraia with Rick and me (and 6 other guests) for a week. His daughter Anna was the fearless leader of our spectacular trail rides. Patricia, his wife, made sure that every meal was something we would savor with our red wine, and in my case, take pictures of, so I could try to recreate the food nirvana back home. Vittorio was a most graciuos host as he kept us on the go with incredible side trips. Just as entertaining as the sightseeing were his stories of life in Italy and Tuscany in particular, over an 'apperitif'' or a glass of grappa. Rick and I will never forget Villa Ferraia or the people that make it special. If you have your sights on experiencing Tuscany, this is the place to go!"
